As you drive up you notice the big yellow school bus parked on the side with various signage and lights. Adjacent to that is their tent which can seat about 20 or so customers. I observed their handling of food and safety was on the poor side and could be improved to be safe for public health.

As I was driving West on Sherman Way I documented all the street vendor food stands on the public sidewalk and private parking lot for the shopping center. I did not see any restrooms, sinks for washing their hands, gloves on workers hands, refrigerators to keep the chicken, beef and fish at a safe temperature. I was shocked to find out that nobody at this location had any concern for the public's wellbeing and safety.

I observed this taco stand was not ideal for anyone dining in the area with condiments uncovered for dust and road debris to get into.

When I first approached this street food vendor I felt something was off. It didn't seem organized enough to warrant a clean operation. I did find that they were making tortillas from scratch so that could be a plus for anyone looking for an authentic tortilla taste hot off the grill.

This kabob street food vendor was in very close proximity of Rohan Kabob and I did find their stand to be very clean with everything organized. Their menu was easy to read and understand. Although at the time I was there, there were just a couple customers talking with the owner (probably due to being a Sunday night). I could not observe all of their actions and conditions so I will not be able to provide a comprehensive review for this street food vendor.

I was quite impressed with this kabob food street vendor parked on Ventura Blvd near Corbin in Woodland Hills. Upon walking up behind their rear truck door I observed the interior of the truck to be in clean order. Next, They their was setup very nicely with the tables and chairs facing Ventura Blvd. At first when I arrived I could hear loud Iranian music setting the mood right for its customer base. I did find them to be on the more cleaner side that other street vendors but I'm not sure you can justify their prices compared to a brick and mortar restaurant. In conclusion, I think they have a pretty decent setup but it can be improved. Perhaps they can rent a few parking spaces in that shopping center to get off the road because Ventura Blvd is a high traffic area and accidents are prone in that area with kids street racing. Also, walking into that area you could smell the fresh smell of kabob being grilled and a hooka (waterpipe) as well.

I observed they are parked on Ventura Blvd in front of the VONS supermarket which their grill was very dirty when I arrived and their condiments open for dust and road debris to fall into. Not wearing gloves was also a big deal for me considering how many things are touched in one night. Money, food, wrappers, bags, etc. Their menu was rinky dinky because it was not clear how much the prices were for the items.
